Tasha

TASHA PARMELEE, CCAM, CCAM-PM, AMS
President

Tasha joins Next Step Community Management with more than 16 years of community association management experience in a variety of property types, including: residential; condominium and commercial. She operated a small management company on the Central Coast and has previously served in executive leadership positions. Tasha has specific expertise in strategic planning for communities.
 
Tasha holds the specialized designation of CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager – Portfolio Manager) from the California Association of Community Managers, as well as the AMS (Association Management Specialist and the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Tasha serves on a CAI committee and has been a guest speaker at industry events.
 
Tasha holds a Master’s in Business Management degree with a concentration in organizational behavior and design as well as accounting. She is an adjunct lecturer at Cal State University-Monterey Bay in Business Communication, Business Ethics, and Data Analytics. She is an avid learner and teacher. When not focusing her immense amount of energy on community management, she spends time hiking along the Central Coast and traveling with her family. 

BAILEY

BAILEY VIRGO
Operations Specialist

Bailey joins Next Step Community Management with two years of community association management administration and many years of customer service experience. She is a key player in all administrative and operation activities. She consistently demonstrates her ability to navigate, and problem solve on all types of Associations, such as new developments, low to high rise condominiums and large planned communities.

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from California State University-Monterey Bay. She also holds the M-100 degree from the California Associations Institute and regularly attends classes to keep updated on Industry specific issues. Bailey plans to pursue a master’s degree in Business Management.

She likes to spend her time exploring the Monterey Peninsula, trying good restaurants one at a time, visiting Disney, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her one-year-old cat.
